TalkReady is a candidate pre-screening and interviewing platform. We help the recruitment team to make well informed decisions and we keep candidates informed every step of the way.

How does TalkReady work?

TalkReady looks at every candidate in great detail accessing every application against the job profile. Every candidates who fits the brief is invited to an AI led interview which takes place when the candidates chooses. TalkReady then makes recommendations to the recruitment team about who to invite to a face to face interview.

How does TalkReady decide who to put forwards?

TalkReady uses a PEAK profile to review each candidate. Using over 80 separate competencies and combinations of experience, our PEAK Profile is one of the most sophisticated profiling tools in use today.

What is an AI led interview?

Very much like a person to person interview. TalkReady analyses your resume and asks you questions about your experience and skills. Our AI voice recognition software analyses your answers and will then follow up with more questions to gain better insights.

Why use TalkReady to do interviews?

It is important to understand that TalkReady does not make decisions about who a company should hire. By using TalkReady an organisation can deal with large numbers of applications in a very efficient and timely manner.

Is TalkReady a job board?
